Terms Of Service

I. GENERAL
When commissioning you acknowledge and agree to these terms. I reserve the right to decline a commission if it's something I'm not capable of doing. The commission will be
delivered as digital files only.Direct orders placed via DM/email receive 10% off the listed base rates.II. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
● Payment method is PayPal and Gcash/Maribank (local)
● No refunds/cancellation once I start working unless I cannot complete your commission
due to personal circumstances, you'll get a full refund.
● Full payment is preferred, but I’m open to a 50/50 arrangement. If you’d like to go with
that option, please let me know in advance.
● Platform and transaction fees (e.g., VGen, PayPal) are not included in base prices and will be added to the final total (not applicable to local payments or direct orders).III. REVISIONS
● I will not redo an entire piece from scratch. Minor tweaks are free, but complex changes or re-draws will incur an additional fee.
● If I miss any details provided in your original request, references, or character sheet, I will fix them for free and they will not count against your revision limit.
● Once the art is finished, you can only ask for very minor revisions. Major ones will be
charged.IV. I CAN DRAW
● Original characters, fan arts, humans, kemonomimi, body horror, Slight NSFW
DONT'S/ I DON'T DRAW
● Furries, Full mecha, Hate art/politics, Full-on gore, Realistic, style, Full NSFW.
● Do not ask me to draw in a different style.V. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
● Estimated turnaround time is 3 weeks to a month+ (varying by complexity and my workload). I work at my own pace and do not offer rush orders.
● Delivery includes the full-resolution PNG and may have short timelapse.VI. USE
● NFTs and AI training or generation using my artwork are strictly forbidden.
● The client must always credit me (@Iyah2701 for Twitter or linking my Vgen for other platforms) when using or sharing the commissioned work. This includes social media
posts (either in the same post or in a comment below), personal websites (on the same image, in a small caption, or photo description), and other platforms whenever possible.
● This is for personal usage only unless otherwise discussed or requested beforehand. This means, you are free to post the art on social media, set it as your personal profile picture/banner, or use it on non-monetized streams/channels
● Commercial fee is double the price, merch handles a x2.5 fee. Anything that would fall under these is considered as commercial usage:
_{1) Direct Monetization: Selling physical or digital items featuring the artwork (e.g., prints, merch, artbooks, digital downloads).
2) Monetized Content Creation: Assets used directly on monetized platforms (e.g., Twitch subscriber emotes, YouTube membership badges, monetized VTuber models, or paid promotional assets).
3) Business & Marketing: Art produced for business branding, advertising, signage, logos, or promotional materials.}● Clients may post WIP sketches on social media only if proper credit is given.VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
● Do not use my artwork in commercial material without payment of commerical fee.
● I have full rights and ownership to the commission of artworks, unless otherwise discussed or stated beforehand.
● If there is no permission from the artist, the client cannot modify or edit the work with anything.VIII. COMMUNICATION
● Generally, I give updates at the end of the week.
● If issues or delays arise, clients will be informed and for approval of additional time if required.
● If a client does not respond to updates or approval requests within 14 days without prior notice, the commission will be put on hold, and I reserve the right to move on to other orders.
